材料3つ！レンジでチン！たった22円で(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ。一番簡単な美味しいプリン。

安くて美味しい手作りプリンをご紹介します。
とても簡単なので一度は作ってみることをおすすめします。

・動画では入れていませんが、あればバニラエッセンス（1滴）を加えるとより美味しくなります。
・カラメルに水を入れるとき、カラメルが飛び散ることがあるので気をつけてください。
・初めて作るときは、電子レンジから離れずに様子見しながら作ってください。

プリンの材料（2個分）
＜カラメル＞
・砂糖　小さじ1～2
・お湯　小さじ1

＜生地＞
・卵　1個
・牛乳　110g
・砂糖　大1
（お好みでバニラエッセンス）

かかった材料費（プリン2個分）

・卵 18円
・牛乳 18円
・砂糖 3円
カラメル
・砂糖 3円
・お湯 1円
1個あたり22円

作り方は？

＜作り方＞

① 耐熱容器に砂糖と水を入れます。

② 500Wの電子レンジで1～2分程加熱しカラメル状にします。
※やりすぎるとカラメルが真っ黒になるので、様子を見ながら時間を調整してください。

③ プリンの生地は別容器で卵、砂糖、牛乳を混ぜて、カラメルが少し固まったら、プリン液を注ぎます。

④ 電子レンジで2～4分加熱すれば出来上がりです！

粗熱をとり冷蔵庫で冷やしてから、逆さにしてお皿に盛り付けて完成です。
