実際に閣議決定がなされない限り反撃できない。
せいぜい威嚇射撃くらいしかできない。
ロックオンされても、回避行動ができるだけで、
発砲許可が下りていなければ、反撃できない。
閣議決定を待つ間に、自衛隊機は撃墜される。
基本的には相手が撃ってくるまでは、
自衛隊機は、なにもできないが、
反撃の許可を待ている間にやられてしまう。
もし、相手が核ミサイルでも搭載していたら、
日本はおわりだ。
たった、数機の軍用機に日本が壊滅させられる。
